House At The End Of The Street (2012)

Plot: "A mother and daughter move to a new town and find themselves living next door to a house where a young girl murdered her parents. When the dait.ughter befriends the surviving son, she learns the story is far from over." (courtesy of imdb.com).

So here is what I thought. I didn't really like it. I didn't find it scary at all. It was so predictable that I knew the "twist" way before it was going to happen. I knew what was going to happen way before it actually did. And of course, that makes for no scare factor what so ever. This movie is something that has been done time and time again. I was really thinking 'Disturbia' throughout this entire movie ( though I do love 'Disturbia'). The only good thing I found about this movie was Jennifer Lawerence. I kind of love that girl.

Typical horror movie. Predictable plot. Just when you start to feel sorry, you'll be sadly mistaken.

So in conclusion, the two of us suggest that you save your money. This movie just isn't worth it. If you really feel that urge to watch it, I'm sure you can find other ways to do so. Plus, you'll be saved the aggravation of unnecessary screaming and yelling you'll probable expierence in the theaters.
